This is my holiday wish to us all.
At the end of December we all gather to inaugurate and celebrate the holiday season, an epitome of good will and giving. This year, let us try to follow the 5 Commandments of Giving and give for joy, when unasked, without judgment nor expecting anything in return. Let’s give of ourselves. Of our time, of our true, involved presence. Let’s donate a bright smile, a warm hug, a kind word. A small donation, an unexpected favor, a helping hand. For to withhold is to perish.

Alla fine didicembre ci riuniamo per inaugurare e celebrare le festività natalizie, la festa per eccellenza di buona volontà e di donare. Quest'anno, proviamo di seguire i 5 comandamenti e donare di gioia, senza richieste, senza giudizio né aspettarsi nulla in cambio. Diamo di noi stessi. Del nostro tempo, della nostra vera e coinvolta presenza. Doniamo un sorriso luminoso, un abbraccio affettuoso, una parola gentile. Una piccola donazione, un favore inaspettato, diamo una mano a chi ne ha bisogno. Perché serbare vuol dire perire.
